This is a performance-based collaboration focused on content creation and talent sourcing, with the opportunity to earn scalable income over time. There are no fixed working hours — results and quality matter more than volume. This is a great opportunity to work remotely, build long-term partnerships, and earn based on performance while being part of a growing global network. ⸻ Open Roles 1️⃣ Recruiter / Talent Scout / Agency Role: Actively source and refer new content creators in Thailand. Once a submitted candidate is reviewed and approved, the task is considered complete. This role is referral-based only — no content management or daily operations required. Requirements: • Strong local network in Thailand • Experience in sourcing or recruiting is a plus • Organized, responsive, and results-driven Compensation: • $50 per approved creator • High-performing recruiters can earn $1,000–$2,400+ monthly depending on volume and quality ⸻ 2️⃣ Content Creators (Lifestyle Content) Role: Create and submit simple lifestyle photos and/or short videos (daily routines, casual activities, food, coffee, etc.). Requirements: • Based in Thailand • Comfortable creating lifestyle content • Consistent and able to follow content guidelines Compensation: • $50 per successful registration • Monthly earnings available with consistent content submission ⸻ Important Notes This is a collaboration-based opportunity, not a traditional employment role.
