The Hypno Room is a professional and compassionate hypnotherapy practice based in London. I help capable, busy people overcome anxiety, stress, and self-limiting habits through a warm, integrative therapeutic approach. My brand is calm, thoughtful, and professional and I need someone who reflects those values to help me grow my presence. The Role: I am looking for a mature, self-motivated individual to support the promotion and smooth-running of my practice. This is a hands-on role where you'll help me focus on client work, while you manage key marketing and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: 1. Create and schedule calm and engaging posts on Instagram around mental health and cancer 2. Help create LinkedIn posts for my corporate work 3. Create posts for my Hypnotherapy Practice on FB Business Development: 1. Reach out to Private GP practices in London and offer to partner with them 2. Reach out to hospitals and offer group mental health sessions 3. Help organise a parent’s group mental health session 4. Create eventbrite events for Fear of Flying Other Assistance: 1. Draft short SEO rich blog posts on anxiety, stress, and hypnotherapy 2. Help me create a course and find a platform to publish it and then manage the course What I am looking for: 1. Excellent written English: You must be able to write clearly, professionally, and with a warm tone that matches my brand. 2. Self-starter: You'll have initiative and be able to work independently without constant supervision. 3. Experience with tech like social media scheduling tools, Canva etc 4.
