About Us Financial Empowerment for Life (FE4L) is a nonprofit organization focused on financial literacy, real estate education, entrepreneurship, career readiness, and wealth-building opportunities for youth and families. We currently have an active Thinkific platform and course content in place, including our Aspiring Real Estate Professionals (AREP) program, and we are seeking an experienced Thinkific specialist to help us elevate the student learning experience. Project Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Thinkific expert to review, update, redesign, and optimize our existing course structure to create a more engaging, professional, and scalable online learning experience. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-quality online courses, instructional design, learner engagement strategies, and Thinkific platform customization. Scope of Work Course Review & Optimization • Review existing Thinkific courses and lesson structure • Evaluate student learning flow and user experience • Recommend improvements to increase engagement and completion rates • Improve navigation and course organization Course Design Enhancements • Modernize course layouts and visual presentation • Create a professional and consistent look across all modules • Enhance branding throughout the platform • Improve mobile responsiveness and usability Content Integration • Organize videos, PDFs, worksheets, quizzes, and assignments • Build interactive learning experiences • Create knowledge checks and assessments • Improve lesson sequencing and pacing Student Engagement Features • Completion tracking • Certificates • Progress indicators • Discussion areas and community features • Gamification recommendations where appropriate Automation & Backend Support • Student enrollment workflows • Email automation sequences • Course completion workflows • User management improvements • Recommendations for scaling future courses Desired Qualifications • Expert-level Thinkific experience • Proven portfolio of Thinkific course builds or redesigns • Strong instructional design background • Experience with online education and LMS platforms • Graphic design and course branding experience preferred • Excellent communication skills Deliverables • Complete review and recommendations report • Redesigned Thinkific course structure • Updated course layouts and branding • Enhanced student learning experience • Documentation and training for FE4L staff Preferred Experience Experience working with: • Education organizations • Nonprofits • Financial literacy programs • Real estate education • Youth development programs To Apply Please provide: 1.
