I'm looking for a thumbnail designer who can take realistic screenshots from police bodycam footage and turn them into highly clickable YouTube thumbnails. Example: https://www.youtube.com/@BearBodycam This includes changing facial expressions, adjusting clothing when needed, adding or repositioning police officers, vehicles, upscaling elements, and using advanced photo manipulation to create a dramatic but believable scene. You'll receive the video title, thumbnail concept, and all the assets, including the full bodycam footage. Your job is to find the strongest frame of the suspect, then use photo manipulation to recreate or enhance the scene while keeping it realistic.
