Thumbnail Designer Needed — Faceless History YouTube Channel (Ongoing)

About the project: Hidden Layers is an Faceless YouTube channel currently focused on the Ottoman Empire, expanding into other historical topics. We're looking for a designer to create eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnails for our videos on an ongoing basis. What we're looking for: - Bold, high-contrast thumbnail design that stands out in a crowded feed - Ability to incorporate our existing character art and branding consistently across thumbnails - Understanding of what drives clicks in the history/education YouTube space (expressive faces, clear focal point, minimal but punchy text) - Fast turnaround, ideally within a few days per thumbnail - Help us create a visual identity for our channel What we provide: - Character reference art and brand assets - Video context/topic ahead of each thumbnail request - Consistent, ongoing work if it's a good fit - Ability to be expressive and show your work We are open to doing a paid test to see if we're a good match for each other!
