Thumbnail Designer (YouTube CTR Specialist) – $15/Thumbnail

We're looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer who understands that thumbnails are about winning the click, not just looking good. If your portfolio is full of beautiful thumbnails but you don't know why they perform, this role isn't for you. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility is increasing Click-Through Rate (CTR). We'll send you a YouTube video or transcript. Your job is to: Analyze the topic and identify the strongest thumbnail concepts. Come up with multiple thumbnail ideas before designing. Design thumbnails based on curiosity, emotion, contrast, storytelling, and audience psychology. Suggest A/B testing concepts whenever possible. Explain why each thumbnail should perform better. Continuously improve designs based on performance data. We don't want someone who simply follows instructions, we want someone who thinks like a YouTube strategist. What We're Looking For You should have: Strong understanding of YouTube CTR and thumbnail psychology. Experience designing thumbnails that have generated high CTRs. Knowledge of curiosity gaps, visual hierarchy, contrast, and audience behavior. Ability to analyze existing thumbnails and identify opportunities for improvement. Willingness to experiment and iterate based on performance. Payment $15 per thumbnail We currently need 10 thumbnails for multiple client channels.
