Summary Hello All You Talented and Creative People I am looking for a talented, hard-working, and experienced thumbnail desginer to join my team. This is for a auto/car maintenance YouTube channel. These are the 2 styles I would be looking for https://www.youtube.com/@ClunkerrCarll https://www.youtube.com/@allcartalk We are looking for a long-term collaboration, on a project basis in the beginning, and eventually, if we are a good fit we would also have the full time/retainer opportunity. You need to be able to design the thumbnails by hand, NO AI ( I can make those myself for free) Must understand thumbnail psychology and know how to increase CTR.
