Thumbnail designer

Hi! I run AI Guy (https://www.youtube.com/@ai_guy), a 277K-subscriber YouTube channel in the AI tools / make money online / YouTube education niche. I'm looking for a thumbnail designer to work with long-term — not a one-off gig. Think of it as an ongoing partnership where you become part of how the channel ships content. What the work looks like: For each thumbnail, you'll get a Google Drive folder with photo presets of me, reference thumbnails from competitors, and a short text brief of the concept. From there, we expect a finished custom thumbnail. Turnaround is typically 6–24 hours — we move fast, so responsiveness matters. Hard requirements (please read carefully): You must provide proof of your actual PSD files for past work. We will ask for layered source files — this is non-negotiable. Thumbnails must be custom builds. We've previously worked with designers who copy-pasted AI-generated thumbnails from other YouTubers. That's an instant end to the collaboration. We're hiring a designer, not a prompt operator. You should understand the YouTube education / Make money online / AI niche — what makes thumbnails in this space get clicked.
