Ticketing Assistant — UK & Europe Focus | Remote

About the Role We are a fast-growing ticket brokerage looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Ticketing Assistant to support our operations across UK and European markets. You will be working alongside an existing team member, so clear communication and the ability to collaborate remotely are important. What You'll Be Doing Research and identify profitable events across UK and European markets Adding and adjusting listings on secondary marketplaces Purchase tickets on behalf of the company using provided payment methods Monitor upcoming events and fulfilment deadlines Perform data entry, order tracking, and operational reporting using Google Sheets / Excel General admin work Working Hours Trial Period (Month 1) Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM UK Time (6 hours/day) Ongoing (From Month 2) 6 days per week including Sunday (one weekday off, rotating) | 2:00 PM UK Time onwards Pay $3.00 USD per hour Requirements Essential Fluent written and spoken English — required Minimum 2 years of experience in the ticketing industry Proven ability to identify and evaluate profitable events in the UK/European market Experience with UK/European platforms such as Ticketmaster UK, AXS, See Tickets, Eventim, Gigs & Tours, DICE, etc. Familiarity with secondary market platforms such as Viagogo, StubHub, Vivid Seats Ability to analyse ticket prices and adjust listings to maximise sales Understanding of pricing trends and market demand within the resale space Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Fast and reliable internet connection Minimum 16 GB RAM Comfortable working UK hours consistently, including Sundays Preferred Experience working for a ticket broker, reseller, or ticketing agency Track record of spotting high-demand events ahead of general sale Experience with browser automation or purchasing tools Sport event experience Prior remote working experience How to Apply Please send your CV along with answers to the following: Describe your ticketing industry experience — which platforms have you worked with and in what capacity?
