TikTok Account & Community Manager – Belgium | Part-Time / Ongoing

We’re looking for someone based in Belgium to support the setup and ongoing management of a local TikTok accounts for different brand. This is a part-time, ongoing freelance role focused on content publishing and community management. You will not need to create the content yourself — we will provide a fully prepared content calendar, including all content to be posted. Might be optional to add provided content into the calendar. Your responsibilities TikTok Account Management Set up and optimise the local TikTok account Upload and publish approximately 5 posts per week Follow the provided content calendar and posting schedule Add captions/copy (usually provided) and ensure everything is uploaded correctly Tag TikTok Shop products Make small localisation adjustments where needed to ensure captions sound natural Flag any account, upload or technical issues to our team Community Management Check the TikTok account regularly for new comments Reply to comments in the local language and in line with the brand's tone of voice Engage naturally with the community and help create an active, friendly comment section Flag customer service enquiries, complaints or sensitive comments to our team where necessary Keep an eye on recurring questions or relevant community feedback and share these with our team Engage in creator groups and come up with messages What we're looking for Native or fluent French speaker Based in Belgium Comfortable using TikTok and managing brand accounts Strong understanding of local TikTok and social media culture Confident writing natural, engaging responses in the local language Reliable and able to check the account consistently throughout the week Previous social media or community management experience is a plus This is a relatively small but ongoing role and would be ideal for a freelancer looking for a few additional hours of consistent work each week.
