TikTok Book Marketing Expert Needed (BookTok Sales Specialist)

I'm looking for a TikTok/BookTok expert with a proven track record of selling books through TikTok. This is not a general social media management role. I'm looking for someone who understands TikTok's algorithm, the BookTok community, viral storytelling, and—most importantly—how to convert views into book sales. The project is centered around Alex Boylan's published book, The Miles That Make You: How to Make Life an Epic Journey. Alex is the winner of The Amazing Race, creator and host of The College Tour on Amazon Prime, and an Emmy-nominated television producer. The book shares the lessons, adventures, and mindset that helped shape his career, with a strong focus on inspiring students and young professionals to build meaningful careers while pursuing lives filled with purpose, adventure, and impact. The book is already available on Amazon, and we're looking for an expert who can build and execute a TikTok strategy that consistently drives awareness, engagement, and—most importantly—book sales. What We're Looking For Proven success marketing books on TikTok (BookTok) Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm and BookTok community Experience creating content that converts viewers into buyers—not just followers Ability to develop viral hooks, scripts, captions, and content ideas Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and creator outreach is a plus Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns Responsibilities Develop an overall TikTok strategy focused on increasing book sales Create a content calendar and posting strategy Generate creative, high-converting video concepts and scripts Identify trending opportunities and adapt them to the book Grow the TikTok account organically Track performance and continually optimize for sales and ROI To Apply, Please Include Links to TikTok accounts you've managed.
