TikTok Video Editor / Short-Form Content Clipper (Long-Term) We are looking for a talented and creative video editor who specializes in transforming long-form content into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. If you understand what makes videos go viral, know how to capture attention in the first few seconds, and can produce high-quality edits quickly, we’d love to work with you. Responsibilities * Edit long-form videos into engaging 15–90 second clips. * Identify the strongest hooks and key moments. * Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music. * Incorporate zooms, B-roll, and other visual elements to maximize engagement. * Create multiple versions of videos when needed for A/B testing. * Deliver content on schedule while maintaining consistent quality. Requirements * Experience editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. * Strong understanding of current short-form content trends. * Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and communicate effectively. * Reliable internet connection and quick turnaround times. Nice to Have * Experience growing social media accounts through engaging edits. * Familiarity with AI editing tools and workflows. * Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
