TikTok Creator Program Manager - UGC Creator Recruiting & Outreach (AI-Native)

We're a fast-growing consumer app looking for a freelance TikTok Creator Program Manager to recruit and run a roster of TikTok creators for us. This is NOT a generalist VA role and NOT a $5k/mo influencer-director role. We want a hands-on operator who has personally recruited and managed TikTok creators at volume, is comfortable letting AI tools do the heavy lifting on sourcing and drafting, and is genuinely great with people. The retention edge in our program lives in the relationship, not the spreadsheet. This is ongoing, part-time to start (with room to scale hours once a channel is clearly performing), and fully remote. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Source and qualify TikTok creators against a clear rubric (niche fit, live engagement, ability to sell on camera, US audience, reachable directly). - Run personalized cold outreach (DM + email) at a consistent daily cadence and track the full funnel: reachouts, reply rate, calls/agreements, signs. - Onboard signed creators quickly so they can produce in their own native style. - Keep creators happy and performing: fast communication, enablement (hooks, format swipe files, examples), and a true partnership posture. - Monitor channel performance and make data-driven keep/kill/re-brief decisions. WHO YOU ARE (must-haves) - You've personally recruited and managed TikTok creators (TikTok Shop affiliates or a brand-owned/UGC channel strongly preferred). - Real, demonstrable outreach numbers (reply rate, sign rate) from a program you ran. - AI-native: you reach for scraping/AI tools to source and draft, but you keep human judgment on the calls that matter. - Strong, native US English (our audience is US-facing) and meaningful overlap with US time zones for creator calls and same-day replies. - Great with people — creators want to work with you and stick around. NICE TO HAVE - Experience running a faceless or creator-fronted brand TikTok account. - App / DTC / consumer brand background. PAID TEST TASK (part of hiring) Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short, PAID test task (about 90 minutes): source 5 qualified creators against our rubric and draft a native-feeling outreach DM for each. This shows us how you source, who you pick, and whether your outreach reads native rather than like an ad. PLEASE ANSWER IN YOUR PROPOSAL 1. Walk me through a creator or affiliate program you personally ran: how many you reached out to, your reply rate, how many signed, and what the best channel actually drove. 2. What's in your daily sourcing/outreach stack, and what do you still do by hand and why? 3. One creator has 200k views and a dead comment section; another has 12k views with people asking "what are you using?" Who do you contact and why? 4.
