TikTok AR Filter Creator Needed – Futuristic Interactive Mask Effect

We are looking for an experienced TikTok AR effect creator / Spark AR / Effect House developer who can create a unique interactive mask effect for TikTok. The concept of the effect is a futuristic virtual experience where the user filming a video feels like they are being "controlled" by a game system. Project Concept: The mask should create an illusion that a small futuristic USB/flash drive chip is inserted into the user's head. Main Animation Requirements: A small virtual hand appears from the top of the screen. The hand inserts a futuristic chip/USB device into the user's head area. The effect should look playful, creative, and futuristic (not scary or realistic medical). After inserting the chip, the hand disappears smoothly. Second Part of the Effect: After the chip insertion: A futuristic joystick/controller appears at the bottom of the screen. I will provide a reference image of the joystick design. Realistic or stylized virtual hands should hold the joystick. The hands should randomly press different buttons on the controller. Each button press should trigger corresponding movements or reactions from the person using the filter. The goal is to create the feeling that the user has been "programmed" and is now controlled by the virtual joystick. Users should be able to record fun TikTok videos performing movements, dances, or reactions based on the controller actions. Requirements: Experience creating TikTok AR filters/effects is required. Knowledge of TikTok Effect House (preferred). Ability to create smooth animations and realistic tracking. Good understanding of face/head tracking and interactive AR elements.
