Our goal is simple: make people laugh. We have already developed our marketing strategy and content direction. We're looking for someone who can help us bring that vision to life through engaging short-form content and day-to-day social media execution. If you enjoy creating content that makes people stop scrolling, laugh, and share with friends, we'd love to hear from you. Hours & Budget Hourly Rate: $20-$30/hour (depending on experience) Expected workload: 5-10 hours per week Initial engagement: Paid 4-week trial Opportunity for a long-term partnership if we're a great fit. What You'll Do Working closely with our founders, you will help execute our marketing plan across TikTok and Instagram. Typical weekly work may include: Create 2-4 TikTok videos and Instagram Reels Repurpose content across platforms Schedule and publish content Monitor comments and audience engagement Review analytics and identify what's performing well Suggest one or two ideas to improve next week's content Participate in a weekly team meeting (typically 30-60 minutes) We're looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, learning from the data, and continuously improving content. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has experience creating engaging TikTok and Instagram content Understands what makes people stop scrolling Can edit short-form videos and create simple, clean graphics Communicates well and meets deadlines Is organized and reliable Enjoys trying new ideas and learning from results Experience marketing mobile apps or entertainment products is a plus, but not required. Portfolio Please include examples of short-form content you've created, especially TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, or similar social media campaigns. Short Paid Sample Assignment As part of our selection process, we'd like to see how you think creatively. Please create one content concept for our app. Include: A 15-30 second TikTok or Instagram Reel concept Your opening hook The question you would ask one of our characters A brief description of how the video would flow Your call to action No polished video is required. A written outline or simple storyboard is perfectly acceptable. We're interested in your creativity and your understanding of what makes people engage with short-form content, not how much time you spend making a perfect submission.
