TikTok LIVE Agency Recruiter — Revenue Share Pay, No Experience Needed

I own a TikTok LIVE agency and I’m looking for entry-level recruiters to help bring new creators into the agency. No experience is required. I will teach you everything you need to know, including how to find creators, how to message them, how to track your outreach, and how to guide interested creators through the onboarding process. This is a performance-based recruiting role. Recruiters are paid a percentage of the verified agency revenue generated by the creators they personally recruit. You are not paid for random leads, replies, applications, or creators who join but do not stream. Payment is based on real creator performance after they are accepted into the agency, complete onboarding, stream consistently, and generate verified revenue. Your responsibilities will include: Finding TikTok creators who may be a good fit for our LIVE agency Sending professional and friendly outreach messages Tracking every creator you contact Following up with interested creators Helping creators understand the agency and apply Making sure recruited creators are properly logged under your name This role is best for someone who is coachable, consistent, organized, and comfortable messaging people online. You do not need prior recruiting experience, but you must be willing to follow instructions and keep accurate records. Pay Structure: Recruiters earn a percentage of the verified agency revenue generated by the creators they recruit. The more active and successful creators you bring in, the more you can earn. Payments are based on verified results only. No payout is earned from inactive creators, fake leads, duplicate creators, or creators who do not generate agency revenue.
