We are looking for a TikTok LIVE specialist to set up and optimize our live streaming operation from the ground up. Our goal is consistent, professional LIVE streams that grow viewership and drive sales. WHAT WE NEED - Full TikTok LIVE setup: eligibility check, LIVE access, TikTok LIVE Studio / OBS configuration, and TikTok Shop LIVE integration - Technical stream setup: camera, lighting, audio, encoder/bitrate settings, overlays and scene layouts for stable HD streams - Product showcase setup: product pinning, LIVE shopping features, promo cards, and end-to-end checkout testing - Discovery optimization: stream titles, covers, hashtags, categories, scheduling and go-live routines to maximize reach - Engagement and conversion: opening hooks, retention tactics, moderator setup, comment and gift handling, and CTA structure - Analytics review: track viewers, average watch time, retention, CTR, GMV and conversion, then recommend concrete improvements - Documentation: a written SOP and go-live checklist our team can follow independently DELIVERABLES 1.
