TikTok / Reels Content Creator & Video Editor for Wellness E-commerce Brand — 60 Videos per Month

Hello, We are looking for one or several freelancers who can regularly produce organic short-form videos for a wellness e-commerce brand in the sleep, recovery, and natural well-being space. Our goal is to create short, engaging, credible videos inspired by formats that are already performing well in the US and other markets, then adapt them intelligently for the French market. We are looking for someone who deeply understands TikTok content mechanics: strong hooks, fast pacing, short-form storytelling, CapCut subtitles, natural CTAs, retention, UGC-style videos, visual proof, educational content, emotional angles, and viral structures. Mission You will be responsible for producing short-form videos using different possible sources and approaches: Researching high-performing TikTok / Reels / Shorts content from the US and other markets Adapting successful formats for a French-speaking audience Writing short scripts with a strong hook, clear structure, and CTA Finding or generating relevant visuals and video clips Editing dynamic videos in CapCut Adding clean, viral-style, readable subtitles Adapting the tone to a premium wellness brand Creating organic content that feels credible, not overly salesy Content can be created using royalty-free clips, original UGC-style content, AI-generated visuals/videos, or existing viral formats that are recreated properly. We are not looking to steal or repost copyrighted content. We want to study what works and produce original versions adapted to our brand and audience. Expected Volume We are looking for someone capable of producing around 60 videos per month. We will start with a paid test of a few videos. If the quality is strong, this can become a long-term monthly collaboration with a regular volume of 60 videos per month. We are looking for someone who understands why a video works. Video Requirements Each video should ideally include: A strong hook within the first 2 seconds TikTok-native pacing Clean and readable subtitles A clear structure A subtle but effective CTA Vertical 9:16 format Usually between 15 and 45 seconds Final exported video CapCut project file when requested Natural French writing, not awkward word-for-word translation What We Do Not Want We do not want generic, weak, or overly promotional content. We do not want: Low-quality dropshipping-style ads Word-for-word translations of US content Poorly placed or unreadable subtitles Videos without a clear hook Slow editing with no retention strategy Illegally copied content Excessive or risky medical claims The brand must remain credible, premium, natural, and modern.
