TikTok Shop Account Manager (Agency, Multi-Brand)

Overview We're a performance-driven marketplace growth agency managing TikTok Shop for a portfolio of consumer brands in beauty, hair, health, and lifestyle. We're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager who has managed shop accounts in an agency setting and can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding time. This is not a brand-side role. You'll be managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, each with its own product catalog, creator strategy, promotional calendar, and performance targets. You need to know TikTok Shop well enough to operate independently and communicate clearly with senior account directors and brand stakeholders. We run lean. That means less hand-holding, more ownership. What You'll Be Doing Account Operations -Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations across multiple brand accounts including listings, promotions, campaigns, and account health -Monitor Shop Performance Scores and resolve account health issues before they escalate -Own listing quality across all assigned accounts: titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and compliance -Set up and manage Shop Ads, Affiliate Campaigns, and promotional structures following established account strategies -Maintain and optimize affiliate commission structures, sample programs, and creator gifting workflows Creator and Affiliate Management -Identify, recruit, and onboard creators using email outreach tools -Manage creator pipelines from outreach through content posting and GMV attribution -Track creator performance, flag underperformers, and continuously build the active creator roster -Coordinate sample logistics with the fulfillment team for creator seeding programs Reporting and Communication -Pull weekly GMV and SKU-level performance data and flag anomalies to the Account Director -Maintain accurate performance tracking across all assigned accounts -Prepare account updates and surface issues before they become client problems -Communicate clearly in writing. Most team coordination happens via Slack and async updates. Required Experience -2+ years managing TikTok Shop accounts in an agency or multi-client environment -Direct experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center: listings, Shop Ads, affiliate programs, promotions, and account health -Proven track record managing creator outreach and affiliate pipelines -Comfortable managing 4 to 8 brand accounts simultaneously with different categories and goals -Experience with creator CRM or outreach tools (Euka, Modash, or similar) -Strong written communication. You'll be working with an AD and reporting into internal leadership. -Detail-oriented. Account health problems, listing errors, and missed promotions don't slip through on your watch. Preferred -Familiarity with HiveHQ or similar TikTok Shop analytics tools -Experience with beauty, hair, health, or lifestyle brands -Understanding of TikTok Shop's dual algorithm (Search and For You) and how listing optimization affects both -Prior experience managing TikTok Shop accounts doing $50K+ monthly GMV -Background managing creator affiliate programs at scale (100+ active creators) What We're Not Looking For -Brand-side only experience. If you've only managed one TikTok Shop for one company, this role will likely be overwhelming. -Someone who needs heavy direction. Our team moves fast and owns their accounts. -Candidates who have only run TikTok advertising without creator and affiliate program experience. Both matter equally here. Role Details -Type: Contract, with potential to move to long-term ongoing engagement -Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week -Time zone: Must have significant overlap with US Mountain or Pacific time during business hours -Start: Immediate preferred
