TikTok Shop & Affiliate Manager for Fashion Brand

TikTok Affiliate & Community Manager (Fashion/Apparel) We are looking for a reliable and experienced TikTok Affiliate & Community Manager to help grow our apparel brands, Gorgious and Betro Simone. This role combines influencer outreach, affiliate management, TikTok Shop support, community engagement, and customer service. Responsibilities • Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and creators • Coordinate product gifting and creator seeding campaigns • Track affiliate performance, sales, and creator relationships • Respond to TikTok comments, DMs, and customer inquiries • Manage customer support through Gorgias, including order questions, returns, exchanges, and shipping inquiries • Help build and maintain a positive brand presence across TikTok and social media • Work closely with the founder to identify new creators and growth opportunities • Maintain organized records of creators, affiliates, discount codes, and campaign performance Requirements • Experience with TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate programs • Experience using Gorgias customer support platform • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience with influencer outreach and creator management • Fashion, apparel, or e-commerce experience preferred • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bonus Skills • Shopify experience • Klaviyo experience • Social media management experience • Knowledge of creator gifting programs • Experience managing ambassador or affiliate programs Position Details • Remote position • Part-time or full-time available • Long-term opportunity with rapidly growing apparel brands Application Instructions To confirm you have read this entire job posting, please begin your application with the word: ATELIER Applications that do not begin with the word ATELIER will not be considered.
