TikTok Shop Affiliate Program Manager — End-to-End Creator Outreach & Management

# TikTok Shop Affiliate Program Manager (Freelance | Long-Term) ## About Us We are a growth marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through TikTok Shop affiliate marketing. We're looking for someone who has **already managed and grown successful TikTok Shop affiliate programs** and can independently own the entire creator pipeline from discovery through activation and performance tracking. This is a long-term freelance position with the opportunity to manage multiple client accounts as we grow. --- # What You'll Own You will be responsible for the complete day-to-day management of our clients' TikTok Shop affiliate programs. This includes: * Finding and qualifying creators * Building creator prospect lists * Creator outreach via TikTok, email, and creator platforms * Managing creator conversations * Following up consistently until activation * Managing creator samples * Tracking creator progress * Encouraging creators to publish content * Monitoring creator performance * Identifying high-performing affiliates * Re-engaging successful creators * Weekly reporting and recommendations You will eventually manage these workflows inside platforms such as **Hubfluence** (training provided if you have experience with similar platforms). --- # What We're Looking For You have: * Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs * Experience recruiting creators that actually generated sales * Experience working with creator CRM platforms (Hubfluence, Upfluence, Modash, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ or similar) * Strong organization and follow-up skills * Excellent written English * Ability to manage hundreds of creator conversations without losing track * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision You do **not** need Hubfluence experience specifically. If you've successfully used similar creator management software, we'll teach you Hubfluence. --- # Success in This Role Success is measured by business results—not activity. Examples include: * Qualified creators recruited * Creator response rate * Affiliate activations * Number of creator videos published * Sales generated * GMV * Repeat creator participation * Growth of the affiliate program --- # We Want Someone Who Brings Experience We're looking for someone who has already solved these kinds of problems. We welcome recommendations based on your real-world experience. If you've successfully managed affiliate programs before and have ideas to improve our process, we want to hear them. However, recommendations should be based on performance, data, and experience—not generic influencer marketing tactics. --- # Tools You'll Use * TikTok Shop Seller Center * Hubfluence (or similar creator platforms) * Google Sheets * Gmail * Slack * ClickUp * AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) You should be comfortable learning new software quickly. --- # To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
