We are seeking a TikTok Shop Growth & Affiliate Manager to enhance our brand's presence and drive sales through TikTok. Responsibilities include developing strategies to increase followers, creating engaging content, and managing affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of TikTok's platform and trends. We are looking for an agency that can help with: 1) Managing and scaling our TikTok Shop affiliate program 2) Recruiting high-quality creators who can make strong UGC and recipe-style videos 3) Improving creator outreach, follow-ups, sample coordination, and affiliate activation 4) Increasing TikTok Shop sales through creator content, offers, and campaign strategy 5) Helping identify what content is converting and what creators we should double down on 6) Creating a clear system for ongoing affiliate growth
