TikTok Shop Growth Assistant

We are a German Social Media Marketing Agency working with German-speaking clients and are looking for a proactive and reliable team member to support the growth of multiple TikTok Shops. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating and building relationships with influencers and content creators - Managing influencer outreach and follow-up communication - Supporting customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Assisting in the growth and expansion of our TikTok Shop operations Requirements: - Fluent or near-native German language skills are mandatory (spoken and written) - Strong communication skills - Experience in influencer outreach, TikTok Shop, social media marketing, customer support, or related fields - Professional, reliable, and organized work style - Ability to communicate directly with German clients when required Before hiring, we would like to schedule a video meeting to discuss your experience, skills, and expectations in more detail. We are not looking for a short-term freelancer. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership with the right person. We are seeking someone who is available for a minimum commitment of 6 months, with the intention of working together much longer if the collaboration is successful.
