TikTok Shop Legal / Payout Recovery Specialist

We're looking for someone with direct experience resolving complex TikTok Shop payout freezes involving legal, risk, or compliance teams. BACKGROUND Our TikTok Shop payouts have been frozen for several months. TikTok originally stated the hold was due to a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). However, the creditor involved has confirmed in writing that: - No TRO or court order was ever filed - The only action taken was a UCC Article 9 / 9-406 Account Receivables notice - The debt has been fully settled - A UCC-3 termination has been filed - Multiple release letters have been sent to TikTok and acknowledged by TikTok Despite this, TikTok continues to withhold our funds. WHAT WE NEED We're looking for someone who has successfully handled similar cases and can: - Identify the correct TikTok legal, risk, or executive escalation channels - Work with us to determine why the funds remain frozen - Help prepare and submit effective escalation materials - Advise on the fastest path to getting our payouts released REQUIREMENTS - Demonstrated experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Risk, Compliance, or Legal - Experience resolving frozen payouts, account restrictions, or legal holds - Strong communication skills and ability to navigate large organizations When applying, please describe any similar cases you've worked on and the outcome.
