TikTok Shop Manager - Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok Shop account and help grow our sales through TikTok. The right person should already have hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, understanding how the platform works, and knowing what needs to be done to improve product visibility, sales, and performance. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop account Upload and maintain product listings Improve product titles, images, descriptions, and overall presentation Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and account performance Work on promotions, discounts, bundles, and campaigns inside TikTok Shop Help identify what products have the best potential on TikTok Communicate with affiliates, creators, or influencers when needed Track what competitors are doing on TikTok Shop Suggest actions to increase sales and improve performance Make sure the shop stays updated and compliant with TikTok Shop rules Requirements: Proven experience managing TikTok Shop Strong understanding of how TikTok Shop works Experience with product listings, promotions, and shop optimization Ability to analyze performance and suggest improvements Good communication skills Organized, reliable, and able to work independently Experience with beauty, makeup, or Amazon/e-commerce products is a plus What we are looking for: We need someone who does not need to be trained from zero. You should already know TikTok Shop and be able to look at the account, understand what is missing, and suggest what needs to be done to grow it.
