We sell through Amazon, our DTC store, a national Certified Detailer network, Resellers, and TikTok Shop. We operate at a premium price point and take brand quality seriously across every channel. This is not a race-to-the-bottom commodity brand — we compete on product quality, technical credibility, and authentic content. We have built a comprehensive TikTok strategy from the ground up — GMV Max campaigns are live, listings are fully optimized across 40+ products, awareness campaigns are running in Ads Manager, and our in-house creative team is actively producing new content. We need a specialist to own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and long-term growth of this channel toward its full potential. The Role We are looking for a TikTok specialist who can own three connected responsibilities — and who understands what a truly high-performing TikTok Shop looks like and can grow, not just how to maintain what is already running. 1. TikTok Shop Management (GMV Max + Seller Center) Current state: GMV Max live with 10 FBT SKUs at $300/day. Blended ROI 2.5-3x. Creative Boosts active on 6 SKUs. The job is to scale it. • Own the GMV Max campaign — daily monitoring, creative decisions, budget management, and performance reporting • Manage creative exclusions, Creative Boost allocations, and SKU-level optimization based on Seller Center data • Monitor product card performance and coordinate listing updates with our team • Track Seller Center analytics — units, GMV, orders, conversion rates, and traffic sources by SKU weekly • Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend content or structural fixes • Build toward a tiered GMV Max structure as budget scales — isolating top performers into dedicated campaigns with controlled budgets • Implement and manage TikTok Shop promotions and flash sale events tied to our promotional calendar • Optimize TikTok Shop search placement — keyword strategy, product ranking, and search ad testing when appropriate 2. TikTok Paid Advertising (Ads Manager) Current state: Two Video Views awareness campaigns live — Broad ($75/day) and Interest ($25-30/day). 7 qualified creatives loaded. The job is to optimize and expand it. • Manage and optimize Video Views awareness campaigns — cost per focused view, watch time, audience quality • Evaluate creative performance against qualification thresholds — watch time, CTR, conversion rate • Make Spark Ad decisions — which organic posts to boost, when, and at what budget based on watch time data • Build and test new audience segments as the channel scales — retargeting, lookalike from purchasers, interest expansion • Coordinate creative briefs with our in-house team based on what data tells us the campaign needs next • Build a retargeting campaign layer — serving conversion-oriented content to people who have already watched GYEON videos • Explore TikTok Search Ads as the channel matures — capture high-intent search traffic within the platform • Test and implement Video Shopping Ads (VSA) when appropriate — bridging Ads Manager and TikTok Shop more directly • Report on cross-channel halo effect — TikTok impact on Amazon branded search volume and DTC traffic • Build and maintain a creative velocity model — how many new creatives the campaign needs per month to stay fresh and scale 3. Affiliate and Creator Program Current state: Framework defined. Creator profile identified. Priority seeding SKUs selected. Nothing launched yet. This is a greenfield opportunity. • Launch and manage TikTok Shop affiliate program — from first creator outreach to structured tiered commission system • Identify, vet, and recruit creator partners — automotive detailing, car care, and general automotive content creators in the 10K-200K follower range • Manage creator relationships end to end — product seeding, content collection, Spark Ad authorization, performance tracking Strong Preferences • Experience in the automotive, detailing, or premium consumer goods space • Understanding of GMV Max algorithm behavior — learning phase, budget allocation, ROI targeting, creative signal • Experience with retargeting on TikTok — building and managing warm audience campaigns • Experience with TikTok Search Ads or Video Shopping Ads • Creator seeding and affiliate program experience — you know the difference and have done both • Understanding of cross-channel attribution — specifically TikTok halo effect on Amazon and DTC • Experience scaling a TikTok Shop from early stage to meaningful GMV contribution
