Job Title TikTok Shop Account Manager (Shopify + Creator Commerce Expert) Overview We’re looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager to build, launch, and scale our TikTok Shop from the ground up. This role owns product research, sourcing, fulfillment coordination, creator/affiliate outreach, and day-to-day shop operations, with a strong focus on creator-led commerce. This is not a beginner role. We need someone who has hands-on experience running or scaling TikTok Shops, understands the economics (COGS, affiliate commissions, TikTok fees), and can operate profitably (or at least intelligently) in a channel that is still evolving. Core Responsibilities 1. Product Research & Validation • Research winning products in TikTok Shop, Amazon, and adjacent marketplaces • Use tools like FastMoss (or equivalent) to analyze: • Category trends (baby, maternity, wellness, etc.) • GMV velocity • Creator adoption • Price sensitivity • Evaluate product weight classes (lightweight vs medium weight) to optimize fulfillment costs • Build a short-list of products with: • Target margins • Estimated COGS • Expected affiliate commission ranges • Fulfillment feasibility Deliverable: Clear product recommendations with unit economics before sourcing 2. Product Sourcing & Supplier Management • Source products via Alibaba / AliExpress (or existing suppliers) • Vet suppliers for: • Quality • MOQ • Lead times • Branding / packaging options • Coordinate sampling for internal review and creator seeding • Negotiate pricing and production timelines Deliverable: Production-ready SKUs with confirmed suppliers and landed cost estimates 3. Fulfillment Strategy & Operations • Design and manage fulfillment across: • TikTok Fulfilled (FBT) • Amazon FBA • Third-party 3PLs • Understand and plan for: • Inbound fees • Outbound fees • Storage costs • Disbursement fees • Return/refund handling • Ensure free shipping where required to remain competitive • Coordinate inventory planning (including creator sampling inventory) Note: You won’t physically ship products, but you will own the strategy and coordination. 4. TikTok Shop & Shopify Store Management • Set up and manage: • TikTok Seller Center • TikTok Affiliate Center • Integrate TikTok Shop with Shopify • Manage: • Product listings • Pricing • Inventory sync • Promotions and discounts • Ensure storefront is optimized for conversion and creator tagging 5. Creator & Affiliate Marketing (Major Focus) • Own creator outreach and affiliate activation • Build and manage creator pipelines: • Seeding campaigns • Affiliate commission structures (typically 15–20%) • Use outreach automation tools (e.g. EUKA.ai or similar) • Manage the full creator flow: 1. Outreach 2. Sample requests 3. Approvals 4. Shipping 5. Content tracking 6. Affiliate tagging & attribution • Identify and double down on creators who convert (not just post) Deliverable: Consistent inflow of shoppable creator content 6. Performance Tracking & Economics • Monitor and report on: • GMV • Affiliate-driven revenue • CAC (where applicable) • Return/refund rates • Understand TikTok Shop economics: • TikTok platform fees (~6%) • Affiliate commissions • COGS • Shipping • Misc / buffer costs • Make data-driven decisions on: • Killing underperforming SKUs • Scaling winning products • Adjusting commissions ⸻ Required Experience • Proven experience managing TikTok Shops (live or past) • Strong knowledge of: • TikTok Seller Center • TikTok Affiliate Center • Shopify • Hands-on experience with: • Creator/affiliate marketing • Product sourcing • Fulfillment coordination • Comfortable operating in an environment where organic performance matters more than paid ⸻ Nice to Have (Big Plus) • Experience in baby, maternity, wellness, or consumer health • Existing creator network • Experience using FastMoss or similar analytics tools • Understanding of how TikTok Shop supports Amazon flywheel strategies What Success Looks Like • Profitable (or strategically valuable) TikTok Shop launched • Consistent creator-driven GMV • Clean operations across sourcing, fulfillment, and storefront • Clear path to scaling winners and killing losers quickly
