TikTok Shop Sales Growth Specialist

Job Title: Increase TikTok Shop Orders to Help Remove Shop Probation (Creators + Video Strategy) Job Description: We're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop growth specialist to help increase sales and order volume for our TikTok Shop during a short-term project. Our store already has active products listed. We need someone who can execute a strategy that drives real sales through engaging content and creator partnerships. Responsibilities: Create a strategy to increase TikTok Shop orders quickly. Produce or coordinate high-converting TikTok videos. Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates/creators. Help creators obtain product samples (if needed). Optimize existing TikTok Shop product listings. Recommend trending content ideas and posting schedule. Monitor performance and adjust strategy to maximize conversions. Requirements: Proven experience growing TikTok Shop sales. Experience working with TikTok Shop affiliates and creators. Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm and viral content. Portfolio or case studies showing successful TikTok Shop campaigns. Excellent communication and ability to execute quickly. Project Goal: Increase qualified orders and sales to improve our TikTok Shop performance and help the store exit the current probation period. Project Length: 2–4 weeks (with the possibility of ongoing work based on results). Budget: Open to proposals. Preference will be given to freelancers with proven TikTok Shop success and measurable results.
