We're looking for someone who understands how to edit videos that stop the scroll, generate comments, and turn those comments into insurance leads. Our agency creates content showing real insurance savings and helping people discover they may be overpaying for their coverage. Your job is to make those videos impossible to ignore. We're building one of the fastest-growing insurance brands on TikTok. Your Responsibilities Edit TikTok Videos You'll receive raw footage, customer savings examples, scripts, or voiceovers. Your job is to transform them into highly engaging TikTok videos. Every video should feel native to TikTok—not like a commercial. Editing should include: Scroll-stopping hooks Fast pacing Dynamic captions Motion graphics Zooms Pattern interrupts Sound effects Trending music (when appropriate) Call-to-action overlays Professional color correction Clean audio Highlight Insurance Savings Our content revolves around showing real savings. Examples: Before Auto Insurance $348/month ↓ After $186/month Annual Savings $1,944 Home Insurance Before $2,910/year ↓ After $1,680/year Savings $1,230 These graphics should be visually exciting and easy to understand within the first few seconds. Content Scheduling You'll also be responsible for: Uploading videos to TikTok Scheduling posts Writing engaging captions Suggesting hashtags Optimizing posting times Maintaining our posting calendar Keeping content organized Comment-to-Lead Optimization One of the most important parts of this role. We use ManyChat automation to convert TikTok comments into insurance leads. For every video, you'll: Recommend high-converting calls-to-action Include keywords in captions and videos that encourage viewers to comment Suggest trigger words such as: QUOTE SAVE AUTO HOME CHECK INSURANCE Structure captions that encourage conversations Maximize comment volume so our ManyChat automation can convert engagement into qualified leads Experience with ManyChat is preferred. At minimum, you should understand how keyword triggers and comment automation work.
