TikTok Affiliate Manager (Recruiting & Relationship Management) – Long-Term Opportunity We’re looking for a highly hands-on TikTok Affiliate Manager to build and manage a high-performing network of TikTok Shop affiliates across multiple brands and product categories. This is NOT a content creation role. We are not looking for someone to create TikTok videos or manage our social media accounts. Instead, we’re looking for someone who knows how to find, recruit, negotiate with, and retain great TikTok affiliates who consistently create content that drives sales. What You’ll Do * Recruit high-quality TikTok Shop affiliates for multiple brands. * Proactively identify creators already promoting competitor products and conduct personalized outreach. * Use AI tools and other research methods to discover new affiliate opportunities, then build genuine, long-term relationships with creators. * Negotiate affiliate commission structures and incentives based on creator quality, category, and expected performance. * Understand which creators are worth investing in and which ones to avoid. * Maintain consistent communication with affiliates to keep them engaged and actively posting. * Share winning creative trends, hooks, and video formats so affiliates can create content that performs. * Build a strong affiliate community (WhatsApp, Discord, or similar) to encourage collaboration, communication, and ongoing engagement. * Track affiliate activity and ensure creators continue producing content on a regular basis. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates or influencer marketing programs. * Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, affiliate commissions, creator incentives, and best practices. * Excellent outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Experience identifying creators that convert—not just those with large followings. * Comfortable sending high volumes of personalized outreach and following up consistently. * Organized, proactive, and highly accountable. * Self-starter who enjoys executing the work personally. This Role Is NOT * Creating TikTok videos. * Managing our social media accounts. * Managing a team of affiliate managers. This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll personally be responsible for recruiting, communicating with, negotiating with, and growing our affiliate network. What Success Looks Like * A growing roster of high-quality affiliates actively promoting our brands. * Consistent new creator recruitment every week. * Strong relationships with affiliates that lead to repeat content creation. * Affiliates who stay informed about what’s working on TikTok and regularly improve their content based on your guidance. * Measurable growth in affiliate-generated sales.
