Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience creating TikTok or short-form vertical video content in-house or for brands/agencies. Demonstrated success growing and managing brand or creator accounts with measurable results, such as: Achieving 50–150% follower growth within 12 months. Maintaining an average engagement rate of 5–10% or higher on organic content. Producing multiple videos exceeding 100K+ views, with at least several surpassing 1M+ views. Driving measurable traffic or conversions through content (e.g., 2–5% click-through rate on linked campaigns or attributable increases in product page visits). Strong storytelling, on-camera presence, and scriptwriting capabilities. Proficiency in filming and editing using mobile and/or professional editing tools. Experience using analytics dashboards to interpret performance data and refine content strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, legal, and product teams.
