Tiktok Talent Scout

You are the top of the funnel for Pinwheel's TikTok creator pipeline. Your job is to find the right creators in the parenting, family, and tech creators space and get them excited enough about Pinwheel to apply to the program. You are part researcher, part recruiter, and part cold outreach specialist. If a great TikTok creator ends up in our program, it started with you. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Creator Research • Find TikTok creators in the parenting, family, and tech creators space • Target accounts with 10K to 100K followers whose audience includes parents of kids ages 6 to 14 • Vet for content quality, engagement authenticity, and brand fit • Log every lead in our creator database with verified contact info and current status Outreach and Follow-Up • Send personalized pitches that feel genuine, not copy-pasted • Follow up with non-responders at a reasonable cadence • Guide interested creators through the application form • Hand off accepted applicants cleanly to the Creator Manager team Skills and Experience • Experience in influencer research, recruiting, sales, or similar outreach work • Comfortable sending cold messages and following up without being pushy • Detail oriented and consistent about keeping records clean • Familiar with TikTok as a platform (TikTok Creator Marketplace experience is a bonus) $8/hr + Bonuses after a certain amount of creators have been reached each quarter
