Time Study Reviewer - 4-Hour Online Real Estate CE Course (ARELLO Certification)

Fineran CE, a Louisiana real estate continuing-education provider, is submitting a 4-hour online course ("Introduction to Commercial Leases") for ARELLO Distance Education Certification. ARELLO requires a time study by two qualified professionals. We are hiring 2 reviewers (this post is for one; we will hire two). THE WORK (est. 5 hours total): 1. Take the full course as a student on our LearnWorlds platform - all 7 lessons, quizzes, and the 40-question final exam - tracking your actual time per lesson (pause the clock for breaks). 2. Complete ARELLO's one-page Time Study Participant Form (we provide it), including your professional assessment of how long a typical student would need. 3. Provide a current resume showing your qualifications (attached to our ARELLO submission per their rules). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (ARELLO-mandated - please address BOTH in your proposal): - Real estate subject-matter background: active or former real estate license, commercial real estate/leasing experience, or real estate education experience - Distance education experience: online course design, online teaching/instructing, or instructional design work (CDEI designation a strong plus) NOT ELIGIBLE: relatives or employees of Fineran CE, or anyone with a financial interest in the course.
