Title: Albanian Editor to Polish AI-Drafted Book Summaries (Native Speakers Only)
Worldwide
We run an Albanian-language book summary app. We generate first drafts of 15-20 minute book summaries (around 3,000 words each) using AI, and we need a native Albanian editor to rewrite them so they read like a real person wrote them, not a machine. Your job is editing, not translating or writing from scratch. We hand you a draft. You fix the stiff phrasing, remove anglicisms, smooth the rhythm, and make sure nothing about the book is inaccurate or invented. The draft is your starting point, not your ceiling. What we need: Native Albanian, based in Albania or Kosovo. This is non-negotiable. The text has to sound native, not learned. Experience editing or writing for publishing, media, or localization. You improve text fast, you don't wait for inspiration. An eye for detail. You catch awkward sentences, repeated words, and anything that reads like a translation. Speed and consistency. We need volume, so tell us honestly how many 3,000-word pieces you can polish per day at a quality you're proud of. Format rules you must follow: No long dashes anywhere. Use commas, periods, or parentheses. Keep the existing section structure (intro, main ideas, practical application, conclusion). Final length per piece: 2,800 to 3,500 words. How to apply: In one or two sentences, tell us how many summaries you could realistically edit per day and your rate per piece. Do not send a long cover letter. Applications that ignore this will be skipped. Shortlisted applicants will be paid for a short test edit before we hire. The paid test brief Send this to your top 5 applicants along with one real AI draft (use the Sekreti one, or generate a fresh title so they can't copy a public summary). Paid test, $20 flat, due within 24 hours. Attached is one of our AI-generated drafts. Rewrite it so a 28-year-old in Tirana would believe a person wrote it. Your task: Make it read fully native. Kill every sentence that sounds translated or stiff. Fix anything inaccurate about the book. If you spot an invented quote or a wrong claim, correct it or remove it. Tell us what you changed and why in two or three lines at the end. Keep it between 2,800 and 3,500 words. No long dashes. Keep the section structure. We're judging three things: does it read native, did you catch the accuracy problems, and did you follow the format without being reminded. Send it back as a plain document.
