Title: Beta Testers Needed in Japan — Bilingual (Japanese/English) SaaS Product Testing

We're looking for 5–10 beta testers based in Japan to test a new B2B web application built for the Japanese market. The product has a bilingual JP/EN interface and AI-powered Japanese business-writing features. What you'll do: Use the app for 1-2 hours testing period ($5 an hour) Test core workflows across both the Japanese and English interfaces Evaluate whether the Japanese UI, tone, and AI writing suggestions (including keigo) feel natural to a native speaker Report bugs, confusing UX, awkward translations, and anything that feels culturally "off" Tell us what to improve and point out the fixes so that we can implement it. Requirements: Currently living in Japan (required — please state your city) Native or near-native Japanese, plus conversational-to-fluent English Comfortable using web apps (bonus if you've used tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Sansan/Eight) Detail-oriented — we want honest, specific feedback, not "it looks good" Nice to have: Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in Japan Prior beta testing or QA experience Strong familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and keigo norms Paid upon completion of the feedback form and call Potential for ongoing paid testing work as we ship new features To apply, please include: Your city in Japan Your Japanese/English proficiency levels One sentence in Japanese and one in English about a web app you use regularly Any relevant CRM or testing experience Applications without the above will not be considered.
