I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to keep my business finances clean, organized, and up to date throughout the year. Responsibilities include: Categorizing and reconciling transactions Reviewing bank and credit card activity Keeping QuickBooks accurate and current Identifying missing or potentially deductible business expenses Separating business and personal transactions correctly Preparing clean monthly profit and loss reports Keeping records organized for year-end tax preparation Flagging unusual transactions, bookkeeping issues, or areas that need review I’m looking for someone who is proactive, accurate, responsive, and experienced working with small U.S. businesses.
