Title: Data Entry Specialist — Scanned Invoice Transcription into Airtable (Ongoing)

We're digitizing a large volume of scanned customer invoices into a structured Airtable base, and we're hiring multiple meticulous data entry specialists to transcribe them. You'll be given access to an Airtable form. Each record corresponds to one scanned invoice image (attached to the record). For each invoice, you'll read the scan and enter roughly 20–25 fields: dollar amounts (subtotal, tax, shipping, totals), payment dates and amounts (deposit and final payment), payment method, checkboxes, and a free-text notes field. All entries go through a clearly typed form — currency fields, date pickers, and dropdowns — so the structure does the formatting for you. Your job is reading carefully and typing accurately. A few things to know about the source material: these are real-world scans — rotated pages, occasional handwriting, and a few faint or hard-to-read areas. Part of the job is flagging anything illegible using a checkbox rather than guessing. Accuracy matters far more than speed here; every record goes through a QC review, and continued work is based on maintaining a low error rate, not a fast clock.
