Title: MVP Cleanup Sprint – CI Green & Verification Gate Completion Summary We are hiring disciplined engineers to complete a 4-week MVP Cleanup Sprint. This is not feature development. This is a stabilization and verification sprint. Your mission is simple: Close remaining issues and bring the system to true MVP status. Definition of MVP MVP means: • 100% green CI pipeline • All test suites meet Verification Gate requirements • All Verification Gates pass: * CI automated review * Tester manual review * Full system testing review • No silent failures • No broken UI controls • No incomplete test coverage Scope of Work • Fix and complete assigned issues from the Git tracker • Submit clean, structured, modular code • Include required Pytest, Postman, and Cypress tests where applicable • Ensure each issue fully passes the Verification Gate system • Participate in structured Discord reporting Tech Stack Backend: Flask (Python), MySQL Frontend: HTML / JavaScript Infrastructure: Docker, Git, Drone CI/CD Milestones & Compensation Flat Fee: $1,000 Milestone 1 – $500 Release upon successful completion Milestone Package 1 (Each task must pass CI, automated review, tester review, and system review.) Milestone 2 – $500 Release upon successful completion Milestone Package 2 Deadline To be specified by management (if applicable) Delay Penalty 25% maximum deduction for delay (up to $250 total) OR $25 per day late, capped at $250. Payment Conditions • All assigned Verification Gates must pass all review layers • No partial credit for incomplete gates • Corporate offboarding checklist must be completed • Contract must be signed before work begins • Execution of NDA is mandatory prior to repository access • Final payment is contingent upon full completion of all offboarding and security compliance procedures Requirements • Strong debugging skills in Flask, Python, MySQL • Experience with Docker and CI/CD • Ability to write real tests (not superficial tests) • Precision in following protocols • Daily structured progress updates Important PRs that do not pass CI are not complete. Tasks that do not pass Verification Gate are not complete. Only passed gates count toward milestone completion. Developers who perform cleanly and on time will be prioritized for long-term contracts and feature development.
