We are seeking an experienced Title 24 Part 6 compliance consultant for a 500,000 SF retail project in California. The project will follow the performance compliance path and full project details will be shared with qualified candidates. To apply, please include: Your preferred compliance software (EnergyPro or equivalent) Relevant experience with large-format nonresidential retail Sample deliverables from previous Title 24 projects, specifically CF1R, PERF-1, and CF3R forms (redacted as needed) Consultants without sample work will not be considered.
