We are Racom, a full-service marketing agency based in Austria, specializing in digital marketing and marketing automation for businesses in the healthcare sector and beyond. We currently manage marketing operations for over 100 pharmacies and are growing fast. We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who is not just looking for a quick gig, but wants to become a reliable, long-term partner in our team. What the collaboration looks like: We work in three phases to make sure we are a great fit for each other: Phase 1 - Paid Test (approx. 10-20 hours, hourly): We start with a clearly defined task: setting up pixel tracking and ad accounts for one client. This gives us both the chance to test the workflow, communication, and quality before committing to more. Phase 2 - Ongoing Collaboration (hourly): If Phase 1 goes well, we expand the scope: campaign setups, additional client accounts, and potentially ad creatives. You will get to know our clients and our processes in depth. Phase 3 - Long-Term Partnership (retainer or fixed project rates): Once we are well-aligned, we move to a stable, recurring engagement with predictable volume and income for you. Your core tasks: • Pixel setup and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4) • Ad account setup and structure (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager) • Campaign setup and launch (Search, Display, Shopping, Meta Feed and Story Ads) • Ongoing campaign monitoring and optimization • Bonus: Ability to create or generate ad creatives (static or video) is a strong plus What we are looking for: • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (please share examples or results) • Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversion events • Clean, structured way of working with clear documentation • Proactive communication - you flag issues before they become problems • Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts is a plus • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe, or AI-based creative tools What you can expect from us: • Clear briefings and structured onboarding • Respectful, professional, and direct communication • Long-term collaboration with growing volume • A team that values your expertise and treats freelancers as partners, not vendors To apply, please answer the following questions: 1.
