Title: Presentation Designer Needed for Social Impact / Funder Deck

I’m looking for a strong presentation designer to polish an existing 10-slide PowerPoint funder deck for Huddle Up, a listening and leadership project focused on working-class Black men in presidential swing states. The content and structure are mostly set. I’m not looking for a strategy rewrite. I need the deck to look cleaner, more polished, more professional, and easier to read while preserving the voice and feel of the project. The immediate priority is the slide deck. If the collaboration goes well, there may also be a follow-up website refresh so the deck and site feel aligned. Scope for the deck: Clean up layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy Make all slides fully legible and presentation-ready Improve consistency across colors, headers, footers, icons, and slide structure Make the budget/ask slide look cleaner and more credible Keep the final file editable in PowerPoint Provide a PDF export Ideal designer: Strong PowerPoint design experience Experience with nonprofit, civic, political, social impact, philanthropic, or fundraising decks Good judgment with text-heavy slides Able to make the deck feel polished without turning it into a generic startup pitch deck Comfortable preserving existing content while improving presentation Deliverables: Editable PowerPoint deck PDF version Optional: brief notes on any design choices or recommended improvements Timeline: I’d like to move quickly, ideally within the next week.
