Title: Senior UX Architect / Business Software UX Expert cess.

We are specifically looking for someone who deeply understands UX psychology, workflow design, information architecture, dashboard design, decision-making flows, user behavior, and business software usability. We originally started this project with the intention of building entirely within Odoo. As the project evolved, we realized that while Odoo is a powerful backend platform, the user experience may require a different approach. This could range from simplifying the Odoo interface to maybe creating a seperate custom front-end experience. Our goal is not simply to implement Odoo. We want to create a user experience that feels like custom software—focused, intuitive, and tailored to the way people actually work, We are looking for someone who can help rethink that experience from the ground up. At this stage we have already completed a significant amount of business analysis and created initial HTML-based mockups. We are looking for someone who can review the existing work, challenge assumptions, identify weaknesses, and develop their own perspective on how the system should function. Once that process is complete, we will work together to bridge the gap between the ideal user experience and the capabilities of the underlying Odoo platform. This project may lead to a long-term relationship as we plan to apply the same approach to future software implementations.
