Title: Senior Recruiter (Growth, Marketing & Sales Roles)

We run an 8-figure online education company in the e-commerce and digital marketing space and we need a few key roles as soon as possible. Our goal is to continuously identify and hire high-level operators across growth, marketing, and sales. To support this, we are hiring a Recruiter / Talent Partner / Sourcer who will be responsible for Sourcing and interviewing candidates and determining who moves forward in our hiring process. Your job is to source, evaluate candidates, run interviews, and identify strong operators before they reach the founder The types of roles you will be interviewing for Most candidates will come from marketing agencies, info product companies, and high-growth online businesses. Typical roles include: • Direct Response Copywriters • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialists • Growth Strategists • Performance Marketing Operators • Marketing Managers • Sales Representatives (high-ticket sales) • Appointment Setters • Occasionally senior leadership roles such as CRO / Head of Growth Because of this, experience recruiting for marketing, growth, agency, or info product businesses is extremely valuable. Your role You will run the first and only interview before the founder. Your job is to determine whether a candidate has the skills, experience, and thinking ability to move forward. You will also assign small trial tasks where relevant and evaluate the results. Only strong candidates will move to the final founder interview. Responsibilities • Conduct recruiter interviews (20–30 minutes) • Evaluate candidates for growth, marketing, and sales roles • Assess candidates’ results history and problem-solving ability • Assign and review trial tasks when appropriate • Recommend strong candidates for founder interviews • Maintain notes and evaluations in the recruiting dashboard You will typically interview 5–10 candidates per week. ### How candidates should be evaluated Candidates should be assessed across key areas: • Results history (real outcomes they have produced) • Strategic thinking and problem solving • Ownership mentality • Communication ability • Learning speed Candidates without a clear record of producing measurable results should not move forward. ### What we’re looking for The ideal person for this role: • has experience interviewing marketing and growth operators • understands how to evaluate copywriters, marketers, and salespeople • has worked with info product companies, marketing agencies, or startups • can quickly identify strong performers vs average candidates • communicates clearly and professionally Experience recruiting for direct response marketing, digital marketing, or high-ticket sales teams is a major advantage. ### To apply Please include: 1.
