We run an Albanian- a book summary app in Albanian and we're looking for one person to own and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence. This is a create-and-manage role: you make the content and you run the pages. That means the challenge is creative. You're not selling a flashy physical product, you're making ideas from books feel exciting in a 10-second video or a scroll-stopping carousel. We want someone who can take a smart concept and make it spread. What you'll own: Daily short-form content for Reels and TikTok, plus carousels Hooks, scripts, editing, captions, the full piece Posting cadence, trend hijacking, testing what formats hit Growing the pages and reporting weekly on what's working The goal is simple: app downloads from the right people. Everything you make should drive installs, not just views. Who we need: Native or fluent Albanian. The content is in Albanian and has to feel native. You've grown at least one page from scratch and can show real numbers. You understand viral mechanics: hooks, retention, why people share. Aesthetics alone aren't enough. You can edit short-form video yourself (CapCut or similar). We want someone who ships. Huge plus: you know how to properly run paid ads (Meta and TikTok), target the right audience, and optimize for installs. If you can grow organically and run ads that convert to downloads, you move to the top of the list.
