Title: Technical Project Manager / Mechanical Engineering Background (Part Time, 10 to 15 hrs/week)

Overview We are a US based product development and mechanical engineering consultancy. We run active client projects with a distributed engineering team and need a part time Technical Project Manager to keep work organized, on schedule, and clearly documented. This is a coordination and operations role, not a hands on design role. You will own our Notion workspace and keep engineers aligned across multiple client projects. What you will do Manage and maintain our Notion workspace (project boards, task tracking, documentation, templates). Coordinate a small team of mechanical and electrical engineers, tracking deliverables and deadlines. Run lightweight project cadence (status updates, blockers, priorities). Keep client facing project status clear and current. Flag risks and capacity issues early. What we are looking for Mechanical engineering background (degree or strong working knowledge) so you can understand technical scope and talk to engineers credibly. Strong Notion experience, ideally having built or restructured workspaces. Excellent written communication and organization. Comfortable working independently and driving accountability. US based preferred for time zone overlap and client communication. Details Part time, 10 to 15 hours per week. Ongoing engagement with room to grow.
