Your Job Ideally, all I should have to do is: * Sit down in front of a teleprompter * Record the script * Hand off the footage Everything else should already be planned and executed by you and your team. You should be able to take a simple idea and transform it into a masterpiece. Responsibilities: * Research topics deeply * Study competitors and identify winning formats * Develop unique angles and hooks * Ghostwrite exceptional scripts * Build complete storyboards * Plan pacing and emotional flow * Recommend visuals and B-roll * Source supporting assets * Suggest graphics, animations, and transitions * Direct editors with detailed editing notes * Ensure every second increases retention * Help improve thumbnails and titles * Help shape our overall content strategy * Stay current with YouTube trends and platform changes * Constantly test and optimize what performs best What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who thinks like a: * Creative Director * Hollywood Producer * Documentary Storyteller * Viral YouTube Strategist * Ghostwriter * Marketing Psychologist You understand: * Audience retention * Curiosity loops * Open loops * Emotional storytelling * Pattern interrupts * Viral hooks * Viewer psychology * YouTube algorithm strategy You don’t just write scripts.
