You will serve as the critical quality filter between leads and our sales closers. You will NOT be taking any inbound leads in this role. Key Responsibilities: High-Volume Outreach: Execute approximately 200 outbound dials per day to warm + cold leads Discovery & Qualification: Conduct brief spot discoveries to qualify prospects on budget, authority, and fit. Appointment Setting: Book 3-5 qualified prospects daily directly onto the Closer’s strategy call calendar. Quality Control: Ensure every booking is pre-qualified and accompanied by a short notes summary for the closer. Compensation & Earnings We offer a performance-based structure designed to reward elite setters. Base Pay: $5,000 per month + uncapped commissions Earnings Projections: Average Performer: ~$102,000 annual on target earnings High Performer: ~$131,000 annual on target earnings Elite Setter: ~$160,000+ annual on target earnings Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Dials: 200 outbound dials per day. Bookings: 60+ qualified bookings per month. Show Rate: Maintain a 65%+ show rate on strategy calls. Performance: Drive $80,000+ in monthly cash collected from closed deals.
