Top-Tier Video Editor Needed for Ongoing Long-Term Work

We are ramping up a fairly aggressive video production calendar and we need a top-tier, highly experienced video editor who can be available on an on-call basis for repeated editing projects. We expect to produce roughly 2 videos per month. Our videos are for the most product testimonials and interviews running around 2:45-3:00 minutes long, with other types of videos occasionally in the mix. Workflow: we will upload footage from film shoots into a shared cloud drive, we will provide storyboards/outlines, and you will create the finished video product. Occasionally, you will be asked to review footage and make your own selections based on our broad vision rather than a detailed storyboard. For the right editor we expect this to be ongoing for the foreseeable future. We will provide as much notice as we can when a video project is incoming, but we are hoping to find someone who can essentially take projects on an on-call basis, whenever we need a video put together. What we're looking for: - someone who can catch the vision of what we're trying to accomplish, and who can execute our storyboards/outlines in a way that taps into and represents our broad vision. - someone who can respond quickly when we need a video edited. - someone who works well with a back-and-forth revision process that may include numerous iterations, and will most likely include very fine-grain-detail revisions - someone who produces high quality video with an eye to detail, and whose work is clean and error-free We're looking for an editor who can bring our vision for stunning and compelling video content to life, and when we find that editor we plan to send regular ongoing projects on a reliable and steady schedule.
