Summary ๐Ÿค About Us: We are a fast-scaling D2C brand operating in the Native English Speaking health niche. On track to hit 7 figures a month this year, we are building a high-performance creative team and need an experienced Video Editor who understands direct response advertising for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. ๐Ÿค Note: This is not a basic editing job. We are looking for someone who understands ad psychology and how to produce scroll-stopping, revenue-driving video creatives. No beginners. ๐Ÿค The Role You will join a fast-paced environment, partnering with one other video editor and working directly with our Creative Strategy department. You will be responsible for turning raw assets, product clips, and AI content into winning video ads. ๐Ÿค You will produce and edit: - B-roll and fast-paced video cuts - High-converting talking heads and UGC-style ads - Voiceovers - AI-generated UGC - Animated videos - Multiple ad variations for rapid creative testing (15โ€“45 seconds) ๐Ÿค Required Experience - Direct Response Video Editing: Proven track record cutting TikTok / Meta ad creatives that convert. - Ad Psychology: Deep understanding of how to craft strong hooks in the first 3 seconds. - Workflow: Ability to work fast, follow strategic frameworks, and deliver new batches of videos reliably. - Bonus: Experience with D2C/eCommerce brands, performance marketing teams, and AI creative tools (Nano Banana 2, Kling, Runway, etc.). ๐Ÿค What We Offer: - Clear creative workflows, frameworks, and video training. - A stable position in a scaling company. - The opportunity to grow within a performance-driven team. ๐Ÿค To Apply & Next Steps Please include the following in your application: - 3โ€“5 examples of direct response video ads you have edited (Applications without examples will not be reviewed). - The tools and software you use for editing. - A brief summary of your experience with D2C or eCommerce creatives. - Your availability per week. ๐Ÿค Please Note: Selected candidates will receive a trial task.
