US Toxicologist or FDA Regulatory Attorney for Aromatherapy Inhaler Consulting Call

We are developing a small Thai-inspired aromatic inhaler / portable aromatherapy product for US ecommerce sale and are looking for a qualified US toxicologist, product safety consultant, FDA/FTC regulatory consultant, or food-drug regulatory attorney for an initial paid scoping call. We do not intend to create a drug, OTC medicine, or nasal decongestant. We want a practical 60–90 minute consultation to understand formula, labeling, packaging, documentation, claims, import, and ecommerce guardrails before briefing Thai OEM manufacturers. This is not a request for final legal clearance or a full regulatory submission. We are especially trying to understand whether formulas similar to popular Thai herbal inhalers are realistic for US import and ecommerce sale, or whether ingredient concentrations, product format, warnings, child-safety, claims, or logistics issues would create major problems.
